Physical and an active lifestyle can improve your blood circulation, promoting cognitive functions. You don’t have to engage in rigorous exercises. Start small by walking, swimming, practicing yoga, or even engaging in strength training. These exercises can improve mental clarity and focus.

2. Eat Well

What you eat also impacts how your brain works. Eating a well-balanced diet with fruits, vegetables, whole grains, lean proteins, and healthy fats can boost brain health. You can also try adding foods rich in antioxidants such as omega-3 fatty acids, fish, nuts, berries, and leafy greens to your diet to improve cognitive functions and slow mental decline.

3. Get Proper Sleep

We often take sleep for granted, but what we fail to realize is how poor sleep constantly contributes to our poor health – mental and physical.
