Everyone should be willing to learn lessons from life and be willing to move on with uncertainty. Such a journey will take you on the path of success and growth. Learning from the mistakes and fighting fear are two essential parts of life required for freedom from fear. We should never fear to take some challenges which can take us on a different level. When I say fear, I am talking about the progress of mental health and spiritual growth.
Freedom from fear will help you to establish inner peace after fighting with all the fears. In this blog, I have enlisted 5 easy steps to take the journey of freedom from fear. These steps will help you to discover the correct ways and assess the problems in a different way. So, let’s get started.
5 Steps for Freedom from Fear
Step 1: Come out from your comfort zone
Staying in your comfort zone and avoiding the unwanted means you have a fear. Such fear is dangerous that it depicts how uncomfortable we are with uncertainty.
To get freedom from such fear you can start to become aware to jump of the cling and set a different level. If you will always try to be in your comfort zone, after sometime it may lead to worry, anxiety, and fear. Therefore, it is really important to step out of your comfort zones. To get out of your comfort zone, you should start thinking out of the box and stretch your limits a more.
Step 2: Bring out the power of self-awareness
While you begin to follow the path of freedom of fear, suggestion is to recognize your limits to the possibility. Do not give up in the middle of the path as you may feel like resisting uncertainty.
Whenever this happens, tap yourself for the good work yet and energize yourself for the rest. Practice self-compassion here and slightly move towards step 3.
Step 3: Make peace with uncertainty
During step 3, ask limitless questions to yourself and stay open to the possibilities but also be cautious about danger. Resisting the urge for creating certainty may help in avoiding the discomfort. This is the major step, in this step you actually allow fear to jump off the cling and open the door for all possibilities. Basically, live in midpoint and do everything for your comfort and inner peace.
During this step, do not resist yourself, stare the freedom and establish inner peace with uncertainty.
Step 4: Discovered the undiscovered
Do not get scared by uncertainty, instead try to attract towards you. Open up yourself a little more and try to discover. Remember, discovering the undiscovered is way more awesome than uncertainty. Be open to entertain the indefinite, do not practice judgment, and instead try to be an adventurer. Turn the sides of the uncertainty spectrum and be open to better possibilities and shortcomings.
The only key to pass this phase without any difficulty is discernment. Healthy approach towards the unknown can really help in decision making.
Step 5: Surrender to the best
Do not be afraid of the unidentified and keep on practicing discernment. Have some faith in yourself and move towards the correct direction. Remember, ups and down is the part of life and we should never fear that, instead we should practice freedom from such fear. Regardless of whatever happens, trust your purpose and integrity. Remind yourself, certainty is somewhat related with certainty.
