It’s hard to lose someone but it’s even worse to lose yourself while loving them. Each year, between 5% and 9% of the population lose a close family member. But that’s not the only kind of loss that can cause grief. People can feel the pain when, they lose a job, position, income, etc. Even a major change in life like death of their idol, getting divorced and more can make you grieve. A recent example of which is death of Kobe Bryant and his daughter Gianna that left people devasted.
We all feel it & there’s nothing wrong, humans are filled with emotions. We only need to understand that we cannot lose sight of our responsibilities.
It’s okay to not be okay!
To overcome this overpowering pain, express your feelings, face them, and most importantly don’t let people tell how you feel and don’t tell yourself how you feel either.
Great content! Super high-quality! Keep it up! :)
Thank you for your feedback :-)
If someone is too rigid to accept the reality than what can be Done?
Hi Akansha, Accepting and facing reality varies from person to person. Some accept it quickly while others take time. However, if the person is rigid and not ready to accept reality, then give some space. After this try and communicate with the person and make the individual understand and face the truth that he/she is trying to ignore. Sometimes just by looking at the person, you won't understand hence you will need to be patient and give time. Nothing is impossible even a rigid person can understand things if expplained nicely and with facts.
