When you are in a workplace setting make sure you always have a one on one interaction with people. Having a mediator in between can knowing or unknowingly distraught the meaning of your message. 4. Honest deadlines
No one knows your strengths, weaknesses and abilities more than you do. Try to set honest deadlines for yourself so that you are never overloaded with work. Know your pace and set your schedule for the day likewise.

A neutral/calming language is like a double edged sword. It cuts your work anxiety and the anxiety of the one you are talking to as well. Try beginning your sentences with “in my understanding…” and you can try to end with “What do you say?”
6. Ask for help
There are so many things that you might not know while working and that will send an unsettling feeling and increase your work anxiety. Whenever you feel stuck or are unable to find a solution to a work related problem, don’t shy away from asking for help from your fellow employees/friends.
7. Avoid caffeine/alcohol/drug use at work
If you experience work anxiety quite often, your senses are already on a high. You don’t need to increase them even further by consuming caffeine/alcohol/drugs. Instead you can have a decaf or camomile or anything that reduces your work anxiety.

9. Trust and forgive yourself
