Bad Habits! Bad habits are the only negative point of your life which keeps you stuck and clueless. So, I again have a question from you…. What is the right time to eliminate bad habits from your life?

The answer is there is no perfect or right time! Whenever you find yourself in a bad habit loop, you can eliminate it from your life easily. Follow the 21-90 rules. So, the 21-90 rule states that it takes 21 days to make a habit and 90 days to make a lifestyle.

I know it is tough but never forget that the objective is a positive life.

Through this blog, I am highlighting 5 common habits that you need to completely eliminate from your life to live a happy positive life.

Bad Habits You Need to Quit Right Away:

1. Living a middling life

It is high time to step out of your comfort zone and remember that the biggest pleasures are obtained when we put ourselves at some degree of risk. Hard work is the only key. Step out of your comfort zone and chase your dreams and aspirations. It will help you reach your goals.

Because it is rightly quoted by Albert Einstein:

“Great spirits have always encountered violent opposition from mediocre minds.”

2. Postponing your objective of life

Procrastination will not let you reach the goals of your life. Procrastination is the only external obstacle that needs to be completely eliminated from life.

Therefore, start working towards your goals from today onwards.  Take that first step!

Never stop, just keep on working towards your dream. It’s never too late. Remember consistent efforts are the only key to success and positive life.

3. Running from your issues

Find that pattern and immediately say goodbye to that pattern. Because we have to live in a positive life and sabotage patterns have to leave!
